Meeting 1: Communication WP2

 

CONTENTS:

1. Analysis, discussion and finalization of Communication Plan ;

2. Web site implementation and management: web programmer and web

master appointing, Designing and development, Management and feeding;

3. Production of logo, leaflet, booklet , banners and DVD - (A graphic

designer should be appointed);

4. Newsletters production;

5. Support MAIB in identification of projects and/or CoP related to the main topics

of EHPPC Med  and in organization of participation in EU-Med events;

6. Identification of Stakeholders and mass media;

7. Planning of local workshops during the last semester.

 

Meeting 2: Procedures sharing WP4

 

CONTENTS:

1. State of the coordination of the Economists of any partner and road map

definition for the study conclusions;

2. State of art of Economic study: Analysis of HPP's trade sector in

Lebanon and SWOT analysis of agro-food trade sector;

3. Planning of a meeting on Lebanon for sharing of procedures on transmission

documents;

4. Cooperation, with MAIB, in organization of a cross-border institutional table to

assess and validate the procedures.

 

Meeting 3: Quality control WP5

 

CONTENTS:

1. Quality control laboratory: definition of the place; tasks and responsibilities for

lab. implementation;

2. Computer and equipments purchasing for quality control laboratory.

 

Final session

 

1. Sharing of the agreed activities and decisions taken during the meeting;

2. Questions and discussion;

3. Planning of the project steps for the next months (meetings, road map of the

activities in Lebanon);

4. Drafting of the minute of meeting.
