Meeting contents:
TF e-platform presentation
- Introduction of "IT SYNERGY", the appointed company;
- Presentation of the designed automated system for transferring trade
documents providing them with real-time information of the location of the batch
that is being exported;
- Section and interfaces to implement the national existing systems along the food
chain;
- Link of the TF e-platform with the main public and private sector web site
(Ministries, importers-exporters associations, etc…);
- Creation of an interface between the existing systems to exchange documents
(TPCS, AIDA, Lebanese and Jordanian systems and TF e-platform - E.H.P.P.C);
- Real time exchange information system between Italian, Jordanian and Lebanese
authorities before leaving of products;
- Creation of a real time feedback information data to entrepreneurs;
- Partners presentation of national existing systems (Italian, Jordanian and
Lebanese) that should be integrated in the TF e-platform (participants to the
workshop should gather information about the system and methods presently
used in their countries for the generation of the phyto-sanitary certificate and for
the bill of lading, if any. Also, if there is already in place or it is enforced the
usage of a traceability system for the export of fresh produce);
